This short course introduces OCMS - Our Multidimensional Consciousness System and gives basic tools to practice training and cultivating of Chakras as Dimensions of Perception.

You will learn:

The structure and function of Subtle Body, Kundalini and Chakras

The nature of our Kundalini as an individual unit of consciousness

The nature of each major chakra as a gate to each dimension of perception

Finding your own dimensions of perception

Beginning to use multidimensionality of your own consciousness in your life

Practices to train and cultivate chakras

 

The results of this course, depending on many factors, could be:

Attaining emotional control and peaceful mind

Getting rid of negative emotions

Better understanding of your own self with "Know Thyself" process

Better mind focus and ability to slow down the thought process

Class I  

 Subtle Body System

1. The nature of our Kundalini as an individual unit of consciousness

Exercises:

- Find yourself existing without any consideration to what your mind is thinking. Try several times a day on different occasions. Make notes how it felt so you can talk about it. 

​

2. The structure and function of Subtle Body, Kundalini and Chakras

- Compare the knowledge of this system to what you knew about it prior to learning this interpretation. Explain in a few sentences.

​

3. The nature of each major chakra as a gate to each dimension of perception.

- Practice finding yourself consciously in each  dimension. Make notes how it works - which chakras of yours are more open and which less.

 

4. 2nd and 3rd chakra 

- Begin with Emotions - Emptiness Practice - work on 2nd chakra 

- Write down "who you are" on 1 -1.5 sheet of paper. - work on 3rd chakra
